Jeff Davis - Bio

Jeff Davis is a well-established Ohio musician with many achievements. Jeff’s first serious band “Ginger Valley” worked intensely with “Columbia Records” only to be derailed by the “payola scandal” investigation of Clive Davis, president of Columbia Records. Columbia was seriously considering “signing” Ginger Valley and paid for demo tapes and an exciting trip to New York! He has opened for Leon Russell, Warrant, Henry Lee Summer and Mark Farner to name a few. His bands, "NewMusic" and "Roi Blu", developed large regional followings and received airplay in the Ohio-Indiana area. One song, "The River", performed by his group, "NewMusic", was especially well received by the listeners of WTUE (Dayton, Ohio) and remained in rotation for a considerable period of time. More recently, JoeZamp, a classic rock band Jeff was in, packed clubs in the Dayton-Springfield area. Jeff's keyboard and lead vocal work always left people very impressed! Furthermore, Jeff is now a member of the incredible "Michael Harris Tranz-Fusion". Don't miss "MHT" when they play "Gilly's" or another large club in the midwest area! You are in for a treat! In closing, Jeff is a dedicated and experienced professional with a drive to succeed. Supported by a strong work ethic, his song writing, vocal, and keyboard abilities set the stage for continued achievement in the music industry.
